Rediscovering Pressure Cooking

Well, I made a great Tender Pot Roast Friday night in the Pressure Cooker and I actually was so impressed that tonight I played around and made Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Potatoes and Green Beans.  It was moist and juicy and the meat is so flavorful because the pressure cooking infuses the spices into the meat.  Pressure cooking is also very good for you because all the nutrients are retained.  I made the whole dinner in less than 30 minutes.  It was yummy.
