- 1 pound deli ham sliced thin (but not to thin, you need to be able to roll the slice)
- 1 jar kosher dill pickle spears (drained)
- 1 package cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Mix Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese until well blended. Lay out a slice of ham on flat clean surface. Spread thin layer of cream cheese on entire slice. Lay a pickle spear across short end of ham slice and roll into a log. Secure with toothpicks at 1 inch intervals. Continue until all ham, pickles and cream cheese are exhausted. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove from Refrigerator and using a very sharp knife, slice each log between toothpicks to make bite sized pieces. Arrange on serving platter and serve cold.
