Turkey Salad

This makes wonderful sandwiches (just omit the pasta)  a quick and easy side dish or lunch!


1 pound cooked turkey (ground or chopped finely)

2 teaspoons Homemade Nature’s Seasons

3 cups pasta (cooked, drained, rinsed in cold water to cool)

1/2 cup (approximately) mayonnaise (not salad dressing)

Mix Turkey and seasoning.  Add cooked pasta.  Stir to combine.  Add mayonnaise and mix well.  Add additional mayonnaise until desired consistency is reached.  Chill for 1 hour prior to serving.  Stir again before serving.

You can also add chopped onions or celery if desired.  For sandwiches, add lettuce, cheese or club sandwich add lettuce, cheese, bacon and tomato!
